Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom tub orders (including personalised labels and flavour selections) may require additional processing time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Within New Zealand We ship nationwide across New Zealand. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:
- Urban areas: 2–4 business days
- Rural areas: 3–7 business days
Rural Delivery A rural delivery surcharge applies to orders shipping to rural addresses. This will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Rural delivery is handled by our courier partner and may take longer than urban deliveries.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
PO Boxes We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays Cloud9 Candy Floss is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
